【摘要】 目的观察血必净注射液对烧伤脓毒症患者胃肠道黏膜的保护作用。方法将42例烧伤脓毒症患者随机分为血必净治疗组和常规治疗组,常规治疗组患者按受常规治疗,血必净治疗组患者接受常规治疗+血必净注射液100ml静脉滴注,2次/d。测量两组患者治疗72h时胃张力计盐水胃黏膜pH(pHi)。结果治疗前两组患者pHi比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者pHi比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血必净注射液具有保护烧伤脓毒症患者胃肠道黏膜的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of xuebijing on protecting gastrointestinal mucosa in patients with burn sepsis.Methods 42 cases with sepsis were randomized into control group(n=10,conventional treatment)and study group(n=13,60ml of xuebijing was injected intravenously twice a day,dased on the conventional treatment).The gastric pHi was measured before the treatment and at the 72h after the treatment respectively in two groups.Results There was no significant difference in gastric pHi between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The pHi was significantly higher in study group than of control group after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine xuebijing is effective in protecting the gastrointestinal mucosa in patients with burn sepsis.更多还原
