【摘要】 目的比较传统模式静脉输注药物配置和现代模式静脉药物配置的优缺点。方法通过对比,列出传统模式静脉静注药物配置的弊端和医院建立静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)的必要性。结果 PIVAS的建立能有效提高患者用药安全、保证药品质量、促进合理用药,利于医务人员职业防护。结论 PIVAS是目前比较科学完善的输液配置方式,是医院输液体系的发展方向,有条件的医疗机构可以尝试建立PIVAS。更多还原
