【摘要】 目的观察1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗脑心综合征中心肌缺血的疗效。方法选择本院脑卒中合并心肌缺血患者60例,将患者随机分为两组:治疗组用1,6-二磷酸果糖;对照给予能量合剂。两组均治疗2周。结果治疗后两组患者心电图改善情况两组间比较差异有显著性。结论1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗脑心综合征中心肌缺血疗效肯定,且不良反应少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of fructose-1,6-diphosphate in myocardial ischemia of cerebrocardiac syndrome.Methods To choose 60 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients who combined myocardial ischemia.To distribute two groups with random at the fundamental of conventional therapy.To employ fructose-1,6-diphosphate in therapeutics group,exert energy mixtures in contrasting group for two weeks.Results The difference of improving in electrocardiogram is significance in comparison of two groups at post-treatment.Conclusion The curative effect of fructose-1,6-diphosphate in myocardial ischemiaIn of cerebrocardiac syndrome is affirmative,furthermore,its side effect is few,it is deserving to spread.更多还原
