【摘要】 目的观察左心衰竭患者血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)的水平及其与心房纤颤的关系。方法95例左心衰竭患者按快速心房纤颤、窦性心率分组,采用Roche2010全自动电化学发光分析仪测定BNP水平。结果左心衰竭合并快速心房纤颤组患者血浆BNP水平明显高于窦性心率组(P<0.05)。结论左心衰竭合并快速心房纤颤患者BNP水平者比窦性心率者高,且与左心房内径有明显相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the correlation between plasma BNP level and atrial fibrillation in patients with acute left heart failure.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of acute left heart failure,95 patients with acute left heart failure were selected.They were randomized into two groups according to cardiac rhythm AF and sinus rhythm.BNP level was estimated with Roche 2010 electrochemiluminescence.Results Significant differences existed between individuals with AF and with sinus rhythm.Individuals with AF had higher BNP levels than those with sinus rhythm(P<0.05).Conclusion Individuals with AF had higher BNP levels than those with sinus rhythm,BNP levels significantly correlated with LA diameter.更多还原
