【摘要】 目的探讨大学生群体中早期复极综合征(ERS)所占的比例,与性别、平时活动量以及迷走神经张力的关系。方法分析2005年2月～2009年8月我校学生1648例(28个班)的心电图。统计符合ERS者的数量、性别、平时活动量、有无症状,观察运动试验前后心电图变化。结果大学生中ERS者为4.2%;男性为7.0%、女性为1.7%;ERS有症状者占24.6%、中度以上体力活动者占68.1%;运动试验后ST段均有不同程度的回落。结论青年男性中ERS所占的比例高,与迷走神经张力增高关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the percentage of college students with ERS,its relationship with gender,usual activity amount and vagus tension,and the percentage of those with symptoms.Methods 1648 electrocardiograms of the students from 28 classes in our school from Feb.2005 to Aug.2009 were analysed.Among ERS The number,gender.usual activity amount and whether with the symptoms were collected,and changes in ECG before and after exercise were observed.Results The percentage of college students with ERS was 4.2%,7.0% were males,1.7% were females.Among them,24.6% were symptomatic,mild activities made up 68.1%.After exercise,all of the S-T fell to a different degree.Conclusion The percentage of young men with ERS is higher,and it is closely related to the rise vagus tension.更多还原
