【摘要】 目的分析预激综合征合并心脏传导阻滞的临床特点和体表心电图的特征,以及电生理检查的特点。方法本组收集预激综合征合并心脏传导阻滞18例,并对其中8例患者临床和心电图资料结合文献进行分析。结果预激综合征除合并正常心脏传导系统的传导障碍外,还合并旁道甚至双旁道的传导障碍,其心电图表现十分复杂。结论预激综合征合并心脏传导阻滞虽较少见,但心电图比正常传导系统的传导障碍复杂得多,应重视心电监护,及时描记体表心电图,并及时给予相应的处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the clinical feature and electrocardiogram(ECG) of preexcitation syndrome with conduction block. Methods This study analysed the characteristic of clinical and ECG manifestation of 8 patients out of 18 patients with preexcitation syndrome accompanied by conduction block. Results The EGG of preexcitation syndrome incorporative accessory pathways conduction block was complicated,which should differate from preexcitation syndrome incorporative normal pathways conduction block. Conclusion Preexcitation syndrome with conduction block is less seen,but its clinical and ECG manifestation is more complicated than normal pathways conduction block.So we should use ECG monitoring and sampling ECG timely for the patient,and give accordingly treatment.更多还原
