【摘要】 运用文献资料法、数理统计法等,对优秀男子铁饼运动员的数据进行分析。结果显示:优秀男子铁饼运动员掷铁饼最后用力阶段非投掷臂制动时机开始应在左脚着地后0.03 s左右或非投掷臂处于方位角180°到220°范围内。优秀男子铁饼运动员非投掷臂转动速度与左肩和右肩转动速度具有高度的相关性,通过相关分析发现非投掷臂与左肩转动速度保持一致,二者基本处于相对静止。部分优秀男子铁饼运动员的非投掷臂摆动方式存在着随着身体转动的一种被动式摆动的错误动作,非投掷臂的摆动是一种主动式的摆动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the present literature and statistics,the paper intends to analyze the data illustrated in the performances of first-rate men discus throwers.The result shows that in their final exertion,the throwers launches the arresting of the non-throwing arm within 0.03s or the range of 1800-2200 directional angle when the left foot touches the ground.They usually achieve a close correlation between the swinging speed of the non-throwing arm,and that of rotating speed of both shoulders.The correlation analysis demonstrates that the speed of non-throwing arm and the rotating speed of the left shoulder are kept in accordance,with the two being relatively motionless.However,some of the first-rate men discus throwers make a mistake with the swing of the non-throwing arm by turning the standard active swing into a passive one.更多还原
