低水温游泳对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂、血清炎性因子的影响
Effects of Low Temperature Swimming on Blood-fat and Serum Proinflammatory Cytokine in Atherosclerosis Rats
【摘要】 通过观察低水温游泳运动对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂(HDL、LDL、TG、TC)、血清炎性因子(CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、APN)的影响,探讨低水温游泳运动否能减轻动脉粥样硬化的慢性炎症反应。结果显示:低水温游泳有提高HDL和降低LDL、TG、TC水平的作用(P<0.01);血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α和APN含量均有不同程度的改变,低温游泳组优于常温游泳组,而运动4周和8周组间差别不明显。
【Abstract】 To discuss if low temperature swimming can alleviate the chronic inflammatory reaction of AS,through observing the effects of swimming in cold water on blood-fat(HDL,LDL,TG,TC) and serum proinflammatory cytokine(CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,APN) in AS rats.Results:low temperature swimming could increase the level of HDL and decrease the levels of LDL,TG,TC(P<0.01);the contains of blood serum CRP,IL-6,TNT-a and APN varied in various degree;which varied above all in the group with low temperature swimming are better in the group with normal-temperature swimming,but the differencs between the group with 4-week execrise and the group with 8-week execrise is not significant.
