【摘要】 依据现代实验教学的科学理论,针对当前新建本科院校基础生物实验教学存在的问题进行探索与实践,创建了全新的基础生物实验教学体系。即推行基础生物学实验"四个统一"的管理机制(实验项目统一规划、实验室与实习基地统一建设、岗位及经费统一安排、教学资源统一使用);构建了"三层次"实验实习导师负责制(学科类型、实验类型、实验项目)为基础的实践教学新模式;创立了以加强产、学、研结合,培养应用型人才的基础生物实验教学新体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on scientific theories of modern experiment teaching and with respect to problems in the experiment teaching of general biology of newly-founded undergraduate colleges in present,the authors explored and practiced in this project and created a brand-new experiment teaching system of general biology,which contains the following aspects:1.pursuing four unification control mechanism,namely,unified planning of experiment programs,unified building of laboratories and bases for practice,unified planning of posts and spendings,and unified use of teaching resources;2.creating a new model of experiment teaching based on a three-layer supervisor responsibility system of experiment and practice,namely,layers of academic subject types,experiment types and experiment programs;3.building a new experiment and teaching system of general biology to enforce the integration of production,teaching and research aspects and to develop talents with practical skills.更多还原
