【摘要】 近年来,高校在大型仪器设备考核方面进行了不少的探索和尝试,对提高大型仪器设备的使用率起到了一定的作用,但由于对大型设备的考核缺乏相应的配套措施,不能有效地激发大型仪器设备管理人员的积极性。从完善考核体制、建立科学的考核指标权重、大型设备考核机时的技术保证、考核的日常管理、考核的奖励与惩罚等方面对完善大型仪器设备的考核体系进行了阐述。特别针对专业型设备和通用型设备在服务对象及自身特点的差异性,对考核的指标权重进行了调整,将专业型设备在考核指标中的重点转为强调专业型设备对人才培养和科研支撑等方面的作用,并相应地弱化在服务机时和对外服务上的权重,以提高专业型设备管理人员的积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 About assessment system for large apparatus and equipment,recent years in China,many explorations and tries have been made,which has improved the use of large apparatus and equipment to a certain extent.However,due to the lack of supporting measures for assessment,the enthusiasm of the management personnel cannot be effectively stimulated.This thesis expounded how to improve the assessment system,such as setting up scientific weight for assessment criteria,providing technical guarantee for assessment time,daily management of assessment,and reward and punishment according to the result of assessment etc.Especially with a view to the difference between specialized equipment and general equipment in their characteristics and service targets,hence this thesis maked adjustment in the weight of assessment criteria of specialized equipment by giving emphasis to the talents cultivation and assistance to scientific research,and reducing the weight of service time and outward service,so as to inspire the initiative of the management personnel for specialized equipment.更多还原
