【摘要】 介绍了材料科学与工程实验中心对研究生和本科生进行开放,并使研究生参与到实验室的日常管理和大型仪器设备的管理。鼓励本科生参与教师的科研活动和将教师的科研成果转化为学生的实验项目,并进行了研究生参与指导本科生科研实验和毕业论文的实践,收到了良好的效果,使研究生和本科生的创新能力得到了提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction mode of experimental center of material science&engineering was introduced.The laboratory was opened for guanduate students and undergraduates.The graduate students were made to participate in the running of the daily work and the management of large instruments of the center.It was encouraged that the undergraduates participate in the teachers’ science research and the teachers’ scientific research products were transformed into the experimental projects.It was carried out that the practice of graduate students participate in the practice of instructing undergraduateds’ science experiments and graduated papers.By these methods,the innovation abilities of the guanduate students and undergraduates are all improved.更多还原
