利用工业电石渣合成硅酸钙保温材料
Making Use of Calcium Carbide Slag to Synthesize Calcium Silicate Thermal Insulation Materials
【摘要】 在确定了电石渣化学成分基础上,对所用原料电石渣和硅藻土900°С下进行锻烧预处理,在一定的反应温度、压力、保温时间下进行水热合成反应条件试验,探索硅酸钙保温材料的生成条件及影响因素。通过X射线衍射、电镜、差热等分析手段对合成产物进行分析,从而建立了用工业电石渣合成硅酸钙保温材料的合成工艺:用硅藻土与电石渣在120~180°С饱和蒸汽压气氛中进行水热合成反应所得的保温材料为托勃莫来石型硅酸钙。
【Abstract】 This article carried on the full-chemical analysis to the carbide slag,and did the pre-treatment of the raw materials——carbide slag and diatomite at 900(°С).Then,it did the hydrothermal synthesis reaction experiments with the diatomaceous earth under certain reaction temperature,pressure and holding time.Clarify The production conditions and influencing factors of the calcium silicate thermal insulation materials were clarified.The synthesized products were analyzed by XRD,SEM and DTA.The synthesis technics of using carbide slag to make the calcium silicate thermal insulation materials were built : the obtained thermal insulation material exists at the type of tobermorite calcium silicate,after the hydrothermal synthesis reaction between the diatomaceous earth and calcium carbide slag under 120~180(°С).
