针叶树皮土有机肥料发酵及理化性质检验
Conifer Soil Organic Fertilizer Fermentation and the Analysis of Physical and Chemical Properties
【摘要】 实验利用采自林场落叶松林下树皮(含有大量树皮及少量土壤)通过过筛和未过筛的针叶树皮土为堆肥材料,分别以设置尿素、粪肥为外施氮源进行堆肥比较。通过物理及化学检测堆肥过程中各项指标变化,结果显示:1)相同氮源不同树皮土基质之间相比电导率与pH值变化不十分明显;相同针叶树皮土基质施加不同氮源的对发酵过程中的电导率与pH值相比变化较大,外施氮源是针叶树皮土发酵过程中电导率和pH值变化的主要因素。发酵前后有机质含量无明显差异。易碎度比较发现,发酵后树皮比发酵前树皮易粉碎,更有利于被植物吸收利用。2)对发酵树皮土挥发酚与总酚含量测定发现针叶土在外施氮源下,挥发酚含量上升速度较快,而以粪为外施氮源对针叶树皮土总酚含量降低速率优于以尿素为外施氮源的树皮土,故针叶树皮土发酵时应选用针叶土,氮源为粪肥最佳。同时发现挥发酚含量随pH降低而增高,而总酚含量随pH的降低而降低,说明在发酵过程中pH值是发酵效果好坏重要衡量标准之一。
【Abstract】 The compost materials,respectively added to urea and manure,were compared.The compost materials were the sieved and not sieved coniferous bark soil from larch forest bark,with much bark and little soil.By physical and chemical test,the result showed that: 1) the conductivity and ph had no significant changes in the conditions of the same nitrogen and different bark soil.However,the changes were significant when different nitrogen was added to the same bark soil.So it was the added nitrogen that caused the significant changes in conductivity and ph in the fermentation.The organic matter content had no significant differences before and after fermentation.In fragile degree,the bark after fermentation was more easily smashed than before that,so the former should be more absorbed and utilized by plants.2) The test of volatile phenol and total phenol content in the fermented bark proved that: the volatile phenol content rose faster while the coniferous soil was added to the nitrogen.And the lowering rate of the total phenol content of the coniferous bark soil added to manure was better than that of the soil added to urea.So the coniferous soil and manure were the best for the fermentation of the coniferous bark soil.Meanwhile,the volatile phenol content rose as the ph lowering,and the total phenol content lowered as the ph lowering.So the ph in the fermentation signified the results.
