【摘要】 学术不端行为严重影响科技事业的健康发展,已经成为学术界关注的问题之一,高校科技期刊应建立有效的学术不端行为防范机制。编辑要结合编辑实践对高校期刊如何防范学术不端行为开展系统的研究,提出提高科技期刊编辑的综合素质、充分利用学术不端行为检测系统、与审稿专家交流加大学术不端行为处理的可信度、提升作者的学术规范意识、建立学术不端行为惩罚机制等具体防范学术不端行为的途径和方法,以使高校学术期刊在改善学术研究氛围、净化校园学术环境、传播先进科技文化中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The action of academic misconduct has a bad effect on the development of science and technology,and the academic circles have given attention to this problem.Journal editor should establish certain mechanism to prevent academic misconduct.Based on edition practice,the problem of journal editor preventing academic misconduct has been researched.The methods of preventing academic misconduct are proposed including improving comprehensive quality of journal editor,using detection system of academic misconduct,exchanging with readers to improve the reliability of academic misconduct,improving the writer’s conscious of academic standard,establishing punitive measures for academic misconduct.So the journals will give full scope to improve atmosphere of academic study,purify academic environment and propagate advanced science and technology.更多还原
