【摘要】 武术是中国文化的集中表现,武德是武术的宗旨和灵魂。在长期的传承中,中国的武德形成了完整的规范系统,强调以崇德尚武、健身卫国为宗旨,以勤学苦练、持之以恒为原则,以严格要求、感恩尊重为规范,以"三不教"为传承的戒律。中国武术中的道德对武功发挥着指引武功发展的方向、保障武术功能的发挥、提升武术的程度和境界的作用。在中国迈向现代化的今天,弘扬民族传统,整理发掘武术的道德,对于当前的社会主义精神文明建设和国民素质提高具有重要意义。更多还原
