【摘要】 目的分析肿瘤患者PICC置管后非计划性拔管原因并提出护理对策。方法对南京医科大学附属苏州医院2008年1月-2009年12月1056例PICC置管患者中非计划性拔管原因进行回顾性分析。结果 1056例PICC置管患者中发生非计划性拔管54例,发生率5.1%。结论 PICC置管及维护全过程任何一个环节不规范均可导致非计划性拔管。严格执行操作规程,及时发现可能的并发症,加强培训和健康教育可以降低非计划性拔管的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the situation of unplanned extubation of PICC for tumor patients and put forward nursing responses.Methods The causes of unplanned extubation happening to 1 056 tumor patients involved in PICC in 2 years from January 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 54 patients were involved in unplanned extubation in these 1 056 cases,which accounted for 5.1%.Conclusion Non-standard operation and maintenance of PICC can lead to unplanned extubation.To reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation of PICC,operation rules should be strictly followed and complications need to be taken into consideration.Strengthening staff training and health education was also helpful.更多还原
