【摘要】 目的探讨单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂(GM1)对手足口病合并病毒性脑炎的治疗作用。方法选择手足口病合并病毒性脑炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。两组均给予丙种球蛋白、甲基泼尼松龙冲击及脱水、抗病毒等治疗。治疗组加用GM1每天20mg,加入5%GS50ml静脉滴注,14d为一疗程;对照组加用胞二磷胆碱每天0.25,加入5%GS50ml静脉滴注,14d为一疗程,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 GM1治疗手足口病合并病毒性脑炎安全有效,可以在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effects of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium(GM1)on patients with hand-foot-mouth disease combined with viral encephalitis.Methods 60 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease combined with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into therapy group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Conventional immunoglobulin,methylprednisolone,dehydration and anti-virus were administrated in the two groups.The therapy group received intravenous infusion of GM1 20 mg,while control group received intravenous infusion of citicoline 0.25 plus once daily.The course of both groups were 14 days.The curative effect of two groups was compared.Results The effect of therapy group was superior to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium is safe and effective for patients with hand-foot-mouth disease combined with viral encephalitis,it is worth being recommended for a wider use in clinical practice.更多还原
