【摘要】 目的探讨鼓膜切开冲洗鼓室早期治疗鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法回顾分析50例(87耳)鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎初次治疗的患者,随机分为两组,A组25例(45耳)采用耳内窥镜下鼓膜切开冲洗鼓室,B组25例(42耳)采用耳内窥镜下鼓膜穿刺冲洗鼓室。结果 A组45耳治愈24耳,好转15耳,B组42耳治愈18耳,好转10耳,两组有效率比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;A组无效6耳中2耳出现化脓性中耳炎,1耳鼓膜穿孔,B组无效14耳中1耳出现化脓性中耳炎,两组并发症发生率比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论鼓膜切开冲洗鼓室早期治疗鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效好,且操作简单,患者容易接受,是一种有效、安全的治疗方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the clinical efficacy of myringotomy with medicine injection of tympanic cavety in early treating secretory otitis media(SOM)in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)after radiotherapy.Methods 50 patients(88 ears)with SOM in NPC after radiotherapy at firstly clinical were summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Patients were divided into group A(45 ears)and groud B(42 ears)at random.Group A were received by myringotomy with medicine injection of tympanic cavity.Group B were received by myringocentecis with medicine injection of tympanic carity.Results The number of ears which were cured,effectively treated were 24,15 in group A and 18,10 in group B,respectively.There was significant difference between two groups in the total effective(P<0.05).The ineffectively treated were 6 ears in group A,while 2 ears being complicated with suppurative otitis media and 1 ear developing dry eardrun perforation.The inffectively treated were 14 ears in group B,while 1 ear being complicated with suppurative otitis media.There were no significant difference in incidence rate of complications between 2 group(P>0.05).Conclusion It has significant curative effect for myringotomy with medicine injection of tympanic cavity for early treatment of SOM in patients with NPC after radiotherapy,while is simple to operate and easy to accept.It is an effective and safe method.更多还原
