【摘要】 目的探讨PTA联合自体外周血干细胞(APBSC)输注治疗糖尿病足(DF)的方法并观察近期临床效果。方法对11例自愿接受PTA联合APBSC移植的DF患者进行细胞动员5～7d;采用CS-3000单个核细胞分离机采集MNC,总采集量在90～145ml。局麻下行双侧肢体动脉DSA检查,对狭窄或闭塞血管PTA后经导管注入APBSC悬液。结果治疗后3～14d,ABI增加总效率86.67%。9例9只患肢的溃疡面改善总有效率为77.78%。3例坏疽1例愈合,1例好转,1例行截趾术,切口一期愈合。结论 PTA联合APBSC移植治疗DF是一种简便、安全、有效的治疗方法 ,其治疗的近期疗效令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the recent clinic efficacy of percutaneous transluminal angioplas(PTA)combined with transcatheter transplantation of autologous pedpheral blood stem cell(APBSC)in patients with diabetic foot(DF).Methods The peripheral blood stem cell mobilization was conducted for 5-7 d in 11 cases with DF who voluntarily received PTA and APBSC transplantation;the mononuclear cells(MNC)were collected by using CS-3000 mononuclear cell separator,the total amount collected was 90-145 ml.The bilateral peripheral arterial line DSA examination was performed under local anesthesia,and APBSC suspension was infused through catheters after PTA for the stenotic and obliterative vessels.Results From 3 to 14 days after the treatment,the total efficiency of ankle brachial index(ABI)was 86.67%.For the 9 limbs in 9 cases of ulcers,the total effective rate was 77.78%.1 of 3 cases with gangrene was healed,1 cases was improved,and 1 case underwent toe amputation,incision healing.Conclusion PTA combined with transcatheter mobilized APBSC transplantation is simple,safe and effective for diabetic foot,and the recent effect is satisfactory.更多还原
