【摘要】 目的了解门诊与住院静脉药物配置中心护士对药学知识水平掌握状况,为临床提供安全用药提供依据。方法依据《静脉药物配置中心实用手册》及相关药物使用说明书,设计问卷,进行实名制,对门诊与住院配置中心护士进行问卷调查。结果门诊配置护士平均得分为(73.8±10.1)分,住院配置护士平均得分为(65.7±9.9)分,其中最高分为86分,最低分为52分;不同职称护士的知识得分有显著差异;而职称对护士知识得分的影响是通过护龄起作用;对药物配伍禁忌及药物稳定性的药学知识掌握较好,而对药物说明书知识掌握较差。结论很有必要提高配置护士药学总体知识水平,从各个环节加强年轻护士学习和培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the nurses’ pharmacy in OPD and PIVAS,and provide basis to the safety of clinical medication.Methods According to the PIVAS Users’ Guide and drug package inserts,a questionnaire to survey the nurses’ pharmacy with the true-name system was carried out.Results The average score of nurses in PIVAS of Outpatient Clinic was 73.8±10.1;the average score of nurses in in-patient department was 65.7±9.9.The highest mark was 86;the lowest mark was 52.There were significant differences among the nurses with different professional titles.The scores of nurses were associated with the nursing ages.The nurses who can learn the pharmaceutical incompatibility well were weak in the drug package inserts.Conclusion It was necessary to improve the nurses’ pharmacy in PIVAS.The young nurses must study and be trained.更多还原
