【摘要】 目的对《医疗机构临床实验室管理办法》实施后检验科的管理效果做出相关评价。方法对照《管理办法》的要求对科室的各项工作作了改进并制定了科学的管理程序。通过从医院领导的管理角度、检验科的管理模式、质量管理、安全管理、加强检验科与临床的双向沟通等方面对《管理办法》实施前与实施后作了全面的对比。结果实施《管理办法》后,引起了院领导对检验工作的重视,使科室的管理走上了科学化、规范化的轨道,使检验科的检验质量及整体能力有了极大的提高。结论《管理办法》的实施增强了工作人员积极性和职业自豪感,使检验科的管理工作从此走上了科学的、有"法"可依的轨道,检验质量有了飞跃式的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical lab management after carrying out Management measures about the clinical lab in medical establishment.Methods All works of lab were ameliorated and scientific procedure of management was worked out according to the Management measures about the clinical lab in medical establishment.The situation,including viewpoint of hospital manager,lab management pattern,quality control,safety control,communication between lab and clinical departments,was generally contrasted before and after carrying out the Management measures.Results After carrying out the Management measures about the clinical lab in medical establishment,the hospital leaders were aroused to attach importance to the work of the lab.The lab was managed scientifically and legally,and the test quality and whole ability were improved extremely.Conclusion The performing of Management measures about the clinical lab in medical establishment can promote the standardized management,build up the enthusiasm and profession pride of staffs,improve the quality of experiment.更多还原
