【摘要】 目的利用人工网片材料无张力修补成年人腹股沟疝。方法使用聚丙烯网片,采用Lichtenstein无张力疝修补术式。结果80例患者共施行85次Lichtenstein无张力疝修补术,单侧疝及双侧疝平均手术时间分别为52min和87min。所有患者均于术后3～7d痊愈出院。81.25%(65/80)病例获得随访,随访时间为4～18个月,无术后复发,有6例有腹股沟疼痛不适。结论lichtenstein无张力疝修补术操作简单、安全,术后恢复迅速,并发症极少,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety of tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Lichtenstein hernia repair technology was administered in 80 patients of indirect inguinal hernia with the polypropylene Mesh.Results The operative was administered 85 times in 80 patients of inguinal hernia.All the operative procedures were performed smoothly;the average operation time was 52 minutes(single side) and 87 minutes(double side).The hospitalization time was 3-7 days.Follow-up for 4-18 months,no recurrence was found in 65(81.25%) cases.6 cases felt uncomfortable in inguinal region.Conclusion Lichtenstein hernia repair technology was easy to perform,with minimal invasion,rapid recovery,fewer complications,and low recurrence.Lichtenstein technology was feasible in the treatment of inguinal hernia.更多还原
