【摘要】 目的观察地蒽酚蜡棒短程接触疗法联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的疗效。方法 143例寻常型斑块状银屑病随机分为治疗组(地蒽酚蜡棒短程接触疗法联合NB-UVB组)49例,对照1组(地蒽酚蜡棒组)48例和对照2组(NB-UVB组)46例,连续治疗8周。结果 3组患者的基本治愈率分别为61.22%、39.58%和39.13%,总有效率分别为91.84%、77.08%和76.09%。治疗组分别与对照1组、对照2组比较,组间基本治愈率和总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论地蒽酚蜡棒联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病疗效优于单用地蒽酚蜡棒或单用NB-UVB组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined dithranol wax sticks and narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 143 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups.Trial group was treated with dithrand wax sticks and narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB),control group 1 with dithrand wax sticks and control group 2 with NB-UVB.The patients in three groups all received 8 weeks of treatment.Results The cure rate of trial group,control group 1 and control group 2 was 61.22%,39.58% and 39.13% respectively.The effective rate was 91.84%,77.08% and 76.09% respectively.The difference between trial group and control groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Dithranol wax sticks and NB-UVB is an effective ways for psoriasis treating,and its efficacy is higher than using dithranol wax sticks and narrow-band ultraviolet B alone.更多还原
