【摘要】 目的观察外用0.1%他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗中、重度斑块状银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将92例银屑病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组46例。试验组外用0.1%他克莫司软膏,2次/d,同时采用NB-UVB照射,对照组仅采用NB-UVB照射,疗程均为8周。结果 8周后试验组和对照组的有效率分别为91.30%和65.22%;治愈率分别为63.04%和34.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组的PASI评分和DLQI评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中仅6例出现局部轻度的刺激反应。结论他克莫司软膏联合NB-UVB治疗中、重度斑块状银屑病有较好的疗效,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combined 0.1% tacrolimus ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of moderate and severe plaque psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 92 patients with plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups.The test group was treated with tacrolimus ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet B.The control group was only radiated with narrow-band ultraviolet B.The patients in both groups all received 8 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between two groups as regards to the PASI and DLQI scores.The effective rate of test group and control group was respectively 91.30% and 65.22%,the cure rate of test group and control group was 63.04% and 34.78%.The effective rate and cure rate in test group were higher than those of control group.The difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01).Local and light irritant reaction was shown in 6 cases of control group.Conclusion The combination of 0.1% tacrolimus ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet B treated on moderate and severe plaque psoriasis is effective and safe.更多还原
