【摘要】 以四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型鼠为试验材料,进行了柞蚕蚕蜕对糖尿病小鼠预防及治疗作用的研究。结果表明:在柞蚕蚕蜕(干重)分别为10,20,30g.kg-1(体重)的剂量下,于预防试验中,糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖值与模型组相比,分别降低3.46%、6.92%、17.87%,其中高剂量组达到了显著水平(p<0.05);在治疗试验中,糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖值与模型组相比,分别降低1.33%、7.62%、15.34%,高剂量组也达到了显著水平(p<0.05)。同时,柞蚕蚕蜕可降低血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白浓度,提高高密度脂蛋白浓度;提高肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶水平,从而说明柞蚕蚕蜕具有一定的降低胆固醇和抗氧化及清除自由基能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of the protective and treatment of tussor slough in alloxan-induced diadetic mice were studied.The results showed that in the tussor slough solution doses of 10g.kg-1,20g.kg-1,30g.kg-1,in the protection trial,the levels of fasting blood glucose of diabetic mice were lower than that of mice in the model control group,the percentages of blood glucose were 3.46%,6.92%,17.87% respectively and the high doses of 30g.kg-1 had significant difference with model(p<0.05).In the treatment trial,the levels of fasting blood glucose of diabetic mice were lower than that of mice in the model control group,and the percentages of blood glucose were 1.33%,7.62%,15.34% respectively and the high doses of 30g.kg-1 had significant difference with model(p <0.05).Tussor slough can lower triglyceride,total cholesterol,the concentration of low-density lipoprotein and improve the concentration of high-density lipoprotein in serum,at the same time it can improve the level of SOD and glutathione peroxidase in liver.The results showed that tussor slough can lower cholesterol,resist oxidation and clear free radical.更多还原
