影响渣油沸腾床加氢裂化方案经济性的因素分析
AN ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE ECONOMIC BENEFIT OF EBULLATING BED HYDROCRACKING TECHNOLOGY FOR HEAVY RESIDUE UPGRADING
【摘要】 渣油沸腾床加氢裂化是实现劣质渣油深度加工的工艺技术,有利于提高炼油厂的轻质油收率。分析了影响渣油沸腾床加氢裂化经济效益的主要因素,如原料选择、运行周期、未转化渣油收率和未转化渣油的利用等,为全厂总加工流程的优化提供指导。
【Abstract】 Ebullating bed hydrocracking technology could be used to upgrade heavy residue for improving the light products yield of a refinery.Factors affecting the economic benefit of adopting ebullating bed hydrocracking technology were analyzed,including selection of feedstocks,operation period,the yield of unconverted residue and its utilization.This analysis will be helpful for the optimization of refinery configuration.
