【摘要】 目的探讨如何提高老年CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的护理安全性,减少并发症。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年6月具有完整资料的138例老年病人进行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的主要并发症及其护理防治措施。结果 138例CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的主要并发症发生率分别为:咯血11.6%(16/138),气胸9.4%(13/138),胸膜休克0.7%(1/138),均无感染、肿瘤针道种植和死亡。结论给予精心护理,加强术前预防性措施,及时处理术中和术后并发症,可以显著提高老年CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的护理安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate enhancing the nursing safety of percutaneous transthoracic pulmonary lesions biopsy using CT guidance in the elderly,and reducing the complications.Methods 138 cases of percutaneous transthoracic pulmonary lesions biopsy using CT guidance dated from January 2000 to June 2010 were performed in the elderly, Complications of lung biopsy and their nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed.Results The major complications incidence of the 138 cases were: hemoptysis 11.6%(16/138), pneumothorax 9.4%(13/138), pleura shock 0.7%(1/138),no infection,needle seeding metastasis or died.Conclusion Enougful nursing ,preventing methods and treating complications are important for markedly reducing the complications of percutaneous transthoracic pulmonary lesions biopsy using CT guidance in the elderly.更多还原
