【摘要】 目的总结腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)的临床应用体会。方法回顾分析2007年10月至2010年9月行LA治疗126例阑尾炎患者的临床资料,其中单纯性阑尾炎38例,化脓性及坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎46例,阑尾周围脓肿8例,慢性阑尾炎34例。结果 126例LA均获成功,无一例中转开腹。手术时间20~91 min,平均36.5 min,术中出血2~20 ml。术后仅2例切口感染。住院2~7 d,平均3 d。结论 LA具有创伤小,康复快,并发症少,术后切口平整、美观等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic appendectomy(LA).Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 126 patients with appendicitis who underwent LA from Oct.2007 to Sep.2010.There were 38 cases of simple appendicitis,46 cases of suppurative appendicitis,8 cases of gangrenous and perforating appendicitis,and 34 cases of chronic appendicitis.Results All of the 126 cases in LA succeeded,without conversion to open approach.The operation time from 20 min to 91 min(average 36.5 min),blood loss controlled in 2～20 ml during operation.2 cases suffered incision the infection after surgery.Hospital stay was 2~7 d(average 3 d).Conclusion LA has the advantages of less trauma,faster recovery,fewer complications,better cosmetic result and so on.更多还原
