【摘要】 目的探讨动静脉内瘘手术方法及其临床效果。方法分别行前臂动静脉内瘘,鼻烟窝部内瘘及上臂动静脉内瘘手术治疗88例慢性肾功能衰竭患者。结果88例病人手术均1次成功,术后2周以上使用动静脉内瘘均能达到血液透析要求血流量。结论动静脉内瘘首选非惯用手鼻烟窝处桡动脉和头静脉吻合,其近期并发症最常见是血栓形成,远期常见为吻合口狭窄或闭塞致二次手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of AV graft as a vascular access for hemodialysis.Methods AV grafts of forearm,upper arm or anatomical snuff-box as vascular access for hemodialysis in 88 patients with chronic renal failure.Results All 88 cases were succeeded after operation and achieved the required blood flow for hemodialysis after two weeks.Conclusion The AV graft was an useful access strategy for long-term hemodialysis and arteriovenous graft at anatomical snuff-box was the first choice.Its complication in earlier period was thrombosis and long-term complication was stenosis or obstruction of the vascular access.更多还原
