【摘要】 目的观察重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性左心衰的疗效。方法30例急性左心衰患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组各15例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组予常规治疗的基础上加用重组人脑利钠肽。结果对照组显效5例,有效4例,无效6例,总有效率60.0%;治疗组显效9例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率93.0%;两组相比较总有效率具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性左心衰效果显著,可以作为临床治疗急性左心衰临床常规用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP) in treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods Thirty patients with acute left heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in control group(n=15) were treated with routine measures.Patients in trial group(n=15) were treated with routine measures added by rhBNP.Results In control group,it was significantly effective in 5 cases,effective in 4 cases and failure in 6 cases and the total effective rate was 60.0%.In trial group,it was significantly effective in 9 cases,effective in 5 cases,and failure in 1 case,and the total effective rate was 93.0%.There was significant difference between these 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion rhBNP is an effective drug in treatment of patients with acute left heart failure,and it can be used as a clinical routine medicine in treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.更多还原
