【摘要】 目的比较吉西他滨或培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法将29例晚期NSCLC随机分为吉西他滨加顺铂组(GC)15例和培美曲塞加顺铂组(PC)14例。GC组吉西他滨1250mg/m2,d1,8;顺铂75mg/m2,d1～3。PC组培美曲塞500mg/m2,d1;顺铂75mg/m2,d1～3,两组均为每21d一个周期重复。结果吉西他滨加顺铂组和培美曲塞加顺铂组有效率分别为46.7%和42.9%,两组之间有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培美曲塞加顺铂组粒细胞减少的发生率小于吉西他滨加顺铂组。结论培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与吉西他滨加顺铂的疗效相当,但副作用明显减少,可以作为临床一线治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of pemetrexed or gemcitabine plus cisplatin in treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Twenty nine patients with late stage NSCLC were enrolled into this study.These patients were divided into GC(gemcitabine plus cisplatin)group(15 patients)and PC(pemetrexed plus cisplatin)group(14 patients)(GC:gemcitabine500mg/m2 plus cisplatin 75mg/m2,PC:pemetrexed 500mg/m2 plus cisplatin 75mg/m2).The efficacy of patients received two or more cycles will be evaluated.Results Altogether 29 patients were evaluated.The effective rate in GC groups was 46.7% and in PC group was 42.9%.The common side effects were gastrointestinal disorders and hematologic toxicities including nausea,neutropenia and anemia,but they were rarer in PC group.Conclusion Pemetrexed plus cisplatin had the same activity as gemcitabine plus cisplatin in treatment of patients with NSCLC,and they appeared to be more-tolerated.更多还原
