【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜联合手术的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析28例腹腔镜联合手术的临床资料。结果28例腹腔镜联合手术均获成功,无并发症发生及中转开腹,平均手术时间76min(60～120min),平均术中出血量70ml(20～120ml);平均肠功能恢复(术后排气)26h(10～72h);术后平均住院时间5d(3～7d)。结论腹腔镜联合手术能安全有效地处理多种腹部疾病,可在同一专科或多专科中联合应用,但需严格掌握手术适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of combined procedures in laparoscopic surgery.Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with abdominal diseases by combined procedures in laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results The operations of 28 patients were successfully performed without any complications.All patients recovered well.The mean operating time was 76 min(60～120 min).The mean volume of bleeding was 70 ml(30～120 ml).The mean postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function was 26 hours (10～72 h).The mean hospitalization time was 5 days (3～7 days ).Conclusion Combined laparoscopic surgery can safely and effectively treat many kinds of abdominal diseases.It can be applied in one department or different departments,but the selection of indications must be strictly controlled.更多还原
