【摘要】 目的了解江苏省南京市某社区居民糖尿病(DM)的患病情况并分析其危险因素。方法对该社区的2317名居民进行体格检查和血糖检测,用χ2检验和多因素非条件logistic回归方法进行分析。结果糖尿病患病率为4.4%,男女患病率分别为5.5%和2.6%(χ2=4.641,P<0.05);logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、BMI与糖尿病相关。结论江苏省南京市某社区调查人群糖尿病的危险因素为性别、年龄、和体质量指数,应采取措施进行高危人群的防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus (DM) and its risk factors in residents of a community in Nanjing. Methods By cluster sampling,2317 residents were investigated. Data were collected through questionnaire based on physical examination and blood glucose testing. The resulting data was analysed by χ2 test and multi-factor non-conditional logistic regression. Results The prevalence of diabetes mellitus was 4.4%. The prevalence rates in males and females were 5.5% and 2.6% respectively(χ2 = 4.641,P<0.05). The result from multi-factor non-conditional logistic regression was that sex,age and BMI were relative to diabetes mellitus. Conclusions The risk factors of diabetes mellitus of the residents in a community are sex,age and BMI. Measures should be taken to prevent the diabetes mellitus in high-risk population.更多还原
