【摘要】 目的:研究口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者外周血调节性T细胞(Treg)水平的改变。方法:收集口腔扁平苔藓(普通型)患者和健康人外周血,采用流式细胞术分析其中CD4+CD25+T细胞、CD4+CD25highT细胞、CD4+Foxp3+T细胞、CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞比例的改变。结果:OLP患者外周血中CD4+CD25highT细胞、CD4+Foxp3+T细胞水平较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05);CD4+CD25highT细胞与CD4+Foxp3+T细胞水平存在正相关性(r=0.349,P<0.05),CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞与CD4+Foxp3+T细胞水平存在明显正相关性(r=0.802,P<0.01)。结论:OLP患者外周血调节性T细胞水平发生了改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the level of regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of oral lichen planus(OLP)patients.Methods:The peripheral blood of OLP patients and the healthy controls was collected.Flow cytometry was used to detect the quantity of CD4+ CD25+ T cells,CD4+ CD25high T cells,CD4+ Foxp3+ T cells,and CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ T cells in the peripheral blood.Results:The portion of CD4+ CD25high T cells and CD4+ Foxp3+ T cells were significant higher in the patients with OLP than those in the controls(P<0.05).The level of CD4+ Foxp3+ T cells was positively correlated with the levels of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ T cells(P<0.01)and CD4+ CD25high T cells(P<0.05).Conclusion:The portion of blood CD4+ CD25high T cells and CD4+ Foxp3+ T cells were significantly higher in the patients with OLP than in the healthy controls.更多还原
