【摘要】 目的:比较芦荟膏与碘仿纱条在治疗鼠干槽症中的疗效。方法:采用60只Wistar大鼠,将其左右上颌第一磨牙拔除后造成感染创面,形成干槽症,以此建立动物模型。将动物模型经过常规清创后随机分为2大组,每组各30只。其中1组右侧的上颌磨牙拔牙创为实验组,将芦荟膏放入创口内;另一组右侧的上颌磨牙拔牙创为对照组,将碘仿纱条放入创口内;2组对侧同名牙位的创口为空白对照组。在治疗后1、2、4、6、8、12周分别处死每组大鼠5只,比较2种方法的疗效。结果:实验组拔牙后早期的创口面积与对照组之间差异存在显著性(P<0.05),组织学观察其创口内新骨形成数目比对照组多,成骨速度较对照组快。结论:芦荟膏治疗/预防大鼠干槽症比碘仿纱条有较为理想的效果,操作简单,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effects of aloe mastic and iodoform in the treatment of dry socket.Methods:Upper first molar in both left and right side were pulled out in 60 Wistar rats,the teeth extraction sockets were infected by local application of staphylococcus aurius.Sixty Wister rats with dry socket were randomly allocated into two groups.Rats in experiment group were treated with aloe mastic in the tooth sockets only once after debridement,those in control group were treated with iodoform.At 1,2,4,6,8 and 12 weeks after initial treatment 5 rats were killed respectively in both groups.Visual inspection and histological examination were performed to evaluate the treatment effects.Results:Wound healing in aloe mastic treated rats was superior to that in iodoform treated.Histological observation confirmed that the wound healing and new bone formation was quicker in experimental group than in the control.Conclusion:Aloe mastic may be used in the treatment and/or prevention of dry socket.更多还原
