搅拌机幅频特性与有限元振动模态分析

【摘要】 目的分析搅拌机系统的幅频特性与振动模态,研究混凝土搅拌机的结构强度与动刚度问题.方法利用非线性振动理论、有限元理论和Lagrange方程,建立混凝土搅拌机系统动力学模型和运动微分方程,采用Runge-Kutta算法,利用计算机仿真,在一定的数值参数情况下,分析搅拌机系统的幅频特性,同时结合有限元分析软件,对搅拌机系统进行了振动模态分析.结果分析结果表明,Runge-Kutta算法与有限元分析软件分析结果基本一致.搅拌机主要有6个比较重要的临界转速,15阶振动模态应该给予特别的关注.结论从动力学的观点看,搅拌轴的刚度较大,结构尺寸尚有较大的减小幅度.分析结果对改进搅拌轴的结构尺寸能提供较大的参考价值.

【Abstract】 The purpose is to analyze the amplitude-frequency characteristic and the vibration mode of Mixer system in view of structural strength and stiffness problem of Concrete Mixer.This paper using the nonlinear vibration theory,the finite element theory and the Lagrange equation,establishes systems dynamics model and motion differential equations of the Concrete Mixer,and using the Runge-Kutta algorithm and the computer simulation,analyzes the Mixer system′s amplitude-frequency characteristic in certain numerical parameter situation,simultaneously combined with the finite element analysis software,has made the vibration mo-dal analysis to the Mixer system.The analysis indicates that the result analyzed by Runge-Kutta algorithm is basically in accordance with that of finite element analysis software.The Mixer mainly has 6 quite important critical rotational speeds and 15 step vibration mode,which should be given the special attention.The analy-sis results show that,from the viewpoint of dynamics,the stiffness agitating shaft is big,and structure size still has large decrease extent.The analysis results are able to provide big reference value to improve the structure size of agitating shaft.
