双金属层合梁弯曲正应力测试分析

【摘要】 运用电测技术和有限元计算,完成了双金属层合梁的试件制备、弯曲正应力的测试和数值分析。测得的弯曲正应力值与有限元的计算结果非常接近。研究结果表明,在单层梁的纯弯曲实验中引入层合梁的弯曲正应力测试分析,对分析、解决实际问题提供了有意义的途径。

【Abstract】 By applying the electronic measuring technology and finite element calculation,the samples making,measuring of normal stress distribution and numeric analysis for the bending of bimetal composite beams have been complished.The measuring values of bending normal stress are close to the results from the finite element calculation.The research shows that introducing the measuring analysis for the bending normal stress of the composite beams into the simple bending experiment of the traditional single beams can be used for analyzing resolving actual problems.
