F30透射电子显微镜真空系统简易维修方法
The simple methods for the maintenance of the vacuum system in F30 transmission electron microscope
【摘要】 基于F30透射电子显微镜真空系统与控制系统的工作原理,针对真空系统日常维护及常见故障,提出几点实用的可行的维护与维修经验及故障排除方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the vacuum system and control system’s principles of F30 transmission electron microscope,several practical methods for the maintenances and the trouble shooting have been discussed.
