前驱体碳化等离子熔覆高铬铁基涂层稳定性

【摘要】 利用前驱体碳化复合粉末制备技术,以蔗糖为碳的前驱体制备了等离子熔覆Fe-Cr-C-W-Ni复合粉末;采用优化的等离子熔覆工艺,用该粉末在调质C级钢基材表面制备了高铬铁基复合涂层。结果表明:在800℃时效50 h的条件下,涂层显微硬度与未经时效涂层相比下降不明显,涂层与基材之间没有出现裂纹、孔洞等缺陷,表现出良好的组织稳定性。

【Abstract】 The sucrose was used as a carbonaceous precursor to fabricate composite powder of Fe-Cr-C-W-Ni by the precursor carbonization-composition process.And the powder was fused to form a high-chromium iron-based coating on the surface of hardened and tempered grade C steel with the optimum plasma cladding process.When aged for 50 h at 800 ℃,the drop of microhardness of the coating is not very obvious,compared with the coating which has not been aged.The coating is free form cracks and holes and has good structure stability aged for 50 h at 800 ℃.
