三相工质重力热管强化传热试验研究
An experimental study of the heat transfer enhancement of three-phase working medium gravity heat pipe
【摘要】 为了提高重力热管的传热能力,把金刚砂颗粒加入到纯工质里制成三相工质重力热管来强化传热。对12.07、9.77、8.47、7.06和6.35μm的5种不同固体颗粒粒径的三相工质重力热管的传热性能进行研究,计算三相工质重力热管的传热系数,并与纯水重力热管的试验结果进行对比分析。试验结果表明,三相工质重力热管的最佳充液率为55%,最佳固体颗粒质量分数为5%;与纯水重力热管相比,三相工质重力热管的等效对流换热系数提高了16%~31%,固体颗粒含量和粒径对传热有很大的影响。
【Abstract】 To improve the heat transfer capacity of gravity heat pipe,carborundum particles were added to the pure working medium to make the three-phase working medium gravity heat pipe so as to enhance heat transfer.A study was conducted of the heat transfer performance of the three-phase working medium gravity heat pipe of five different solid particle diameters of 12.07,9.77,8.47,7.06 and 6.35 μm,calculating the heat transfer coefficient of the heat pipe which was compared with the experimental result of the pure water gravity heat pipe.The test result shows that the optimal liquid-filling ratio of the three-phase working medium gravity heat pipe is 55%;the optimal solid particle content is 5%.Compared with the pure water gravity heat pipe,the three-phase heat pipe has a 16%~31% improvement of equivalent convection heat transfer coefficient.The solid particle content and particle diameter have remarkable effect on heat transfer.
