气相色谱法监控石油磺酸盐的质量

【摘要】 为监控新疆油田所用石油磺酸盐的质量,对该石油磺酸盐试样进行了分离纯化和脱磺处理,并对脱磺油进行了气相色谱分析。实验结果表明,在锡粉4.0g、磷酸100.0g、石油磺酸盐活性物0.8g、220℃、10h的条件下,脱磺率可以达到57%左右;从脱磺油的气相色谱图中抽取23个色谱峰制作参照指纹图谱,当待测石油磺酸盐试样的色谱图与参照指纹图谱的相关系数小于0.80时,该待测试样不符合新疆油田用石油磺酸盐的要求;为保证石油磺酸盐批次间的质量稳定可靠,其相关系数需大于0.85。

【Abstract】 To control the quality of petroleum sulfonates used as oil displacement surfactant in Xinjiang oilfield,purification and desulfonation of the petroleum sulfonates were carried out and the desulfonation products were analyzed by means of GC.The results showed that the desulfonation rate was about 57% under the reaction conditions of 4.0 g stannum powder,100.0 g phosphoric acid,0.8 g purified petroleum sulfonates(active components),temperature 220 ℃ and time 10 h.Twenty three chromatographic peaks with good separating effect and high response were extracted from the gas chromatogram and used in making reference fingerprint chromatogram.When correlative coefficients between the chromatograms of unknown samples and the reference fingerprint chromatogram were less than 0.80,the samples were thought to be not able to fulfill quality requirements for use in Xinjiang oilfield.To ensure the quality stabilization of different batches of samples,the correlation coefficients should be over 0.85.This method can be adopted in analyzing characteristics of petroleum sulfonates.
