【摘要】 目的 分析新生儿先天性细小结肠症的临床表现及其X线征象。方法 搜集本院资料完整的先天性细小结肠症患者38例,38例患儿均做结肠造影,就其临床表现及X线平片和结肠造影检查进行回顾性分析。结果 在38例中,27例小肠闭锁和3例胎粪性肠梗阻,结肠造影发现全结肠细小,管径约0.3～1.0 cm,结肠壁柔软、蠕动存在,结肠框长度基本正常,小肠闭锁位置越高,结肠越粗,位置越低则结肠越细;5例结肠闭锁,结肠造影可见闭锁段以上结肠不显影,显影的结肠细小,管径约0.3～0.6 cm;3例为原发性细小结肠症。结论 X线检查尤其是结肠造影对先天性细小结肠症诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the clinical and radiological appearances of congenital microcolon.Methods 38 cases of congenital microcolon were collected.The clinical and radiological appearances were analysed.Barium enema were performed in all cases.Results Of 38 cases,27 cases accompanied with small intestinal atresia and 3 cases with meconium ileus,all showed small colon,the caliber of colon was 0.3～1.0 cm,the walls of colon were soft,enterokinesia was present,the length of colon was normal,the higher of the position of small intestinal atresia,the biger of the caliber of colon,and the lower of the position of small intestinal atresia,the smaller of the caliber of colon;5 cases with colon atresia showed small colon,the caliber of colon was 0.3～0.6 cm,the colon above atresia didn’ t showed;3 cases were primary microcolon.Conclusion X—ray,especially barium enema plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of congenital microcolon.更多还原
