【摘要】 目的 分析颊间隙病变的CT表现,以期提高临床诊断的准确性。方法 回顾性分析21例经临床及手术病理证实的颊间隙病变的CT表现,包括鳞状细胞癌9例,横纹肌肉瘤3例,纤维肉瘤2例,海绵状血管瘤2例,单纯性感染4例,角化囊肿伴感染1例。结果 颊间隙病变的CT表现为间隙内脂肪密度影消失、界限欠清,咬肌、颊肌受累肿胀,有时可见下颌骨骨质破坏,部分病变可突破筋膜向邻近间隙扩展。结论 CT检查能为颊间隙病变的临床治疗提供十分有价值的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the CT findings of buccal spaces,so that to improve its diagnosis accuracy.Methods CT findings of 21 cases with diseases of buccal spaces confirmed by clinical manifestations and pathology were analyzed.There were 9 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,3 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma,2 cases of cavernous hemangioma,4 cases of purely infection,and 1 case of keratocyst with infection.Results CT findings included:disappearance of the fat plane of buccal spaces,swelling of the masseter muscles and buccinator,erosion of the mandibular ramus and the lesions extended to the distant place.Conclusion CT can clearly show the form and range of buccal spaces and provide more information for therapy.更多还原
