静电除尘电极材料吸附效果测试实验装置的设计
Design of adsorption effect test equipment for electrode materials of electrical dust precipitation
【摘要】 针对传统静电除尘装置难以满足环保要求的现状,介绍了一种静电除尘电极材料吸附效果测试实验装置的总体设计、实验方法及数据采集对比.这种实验装置是根据静电除尘的工作原理,测试出不同静电除尘电极材料在高压电场下吸附粉尘能力的差别,并模拟出在工况条件下材料吸附粉尘效果.
【Abstract】 The paper briefly introduces the general design,experiment methods and data of acquisition and comparison of the experiment equipment for adsorption test of electrical dust precipitation materials.This equipment can test the adsorption ability of electrical dust precipitation materials under high voltage electric field and simulate the effect of dust adsorption under practical conditions according to the principle of electrical dust precipitation.
