【摘要】 目的优化药品降压物质检查试验时家猫的麻醉方法。方法 2.0 kg以上健康家猫,雌雄不限,雌者无孕,累计35只,速眠新与戊巴比妥钠复合麻醉进行降压物质检查,先行肌肉注射速眠新,待家猫无抵抗时再行腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠,观察麻醉效果及对降压试验的影响程度。结果速眠新与戊巴比妥钠复合麻醉,用药剂量少于推荐剂量,对血压影响小,初血压大多可达药典规定标准,灵敏度测试符合规定,中间无需追加即可满足多个供试品检查,克服了单纯速眠新或戊巴比妥钠麻醉的缺陷,又降低了因家猫难以制动的保定操作难度,安全且易掌握。结论降压物质检查中,速眠新与戊巴比妥钠复合麻醉,对实验干扰较小,安全范围较大,操作简便,经济,是降压物质检查试验中较为理想的家猫麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To refine the method of anesthesia in domestic cats during testing of antihypertensive medicine.Methods Thirty five healthy domestic cats(either gender,weighing above 2.0kg) were anesthetized by administration of sumianxin-pentobarbital sodium combination in testing of antihypertensive substances.Firstly,the domestic cats were given sumianxin by intramuscular injection.Secondly,they were injected intraperitoneally with pentobarbital sodium when they were induced.Anesthetic effects and degree of influence on antihypertensive tests were detected.Results When anesthesia was performed with sumianxin and pentobarbital sodium,the dose of drugs was used less than the recommended dosage,and little influence on blood pressure was detected.The initial BP and sensitivity test met the pharmacopoeia standards.During the whole test,additional dose of drugs was unnecessary.It overcame the drawbacks of using sumianxin or pentobarbital sodium separately;on the other hand,it made the cat handling safe and easy to perform.Conclusion In testing of antihypertensive substances,anesthesia of domestic cats with combination of sumianxin and pentobarbital sodium is safe,economic,and easy to perform.更多还原
