汽车制动性能测试方法分析与研究

【摘要】 传统的汽车制动力检测方法存在一些不足,可能会一定程度地影响到测试结果的稳定性和可靠性。为了准确评价汽车制动性能,通过对比几种常用制动性能测试方法,分析各自的优缺点,得出影响测试结果的因素,提出直接测量作用在车轮上的扭矩来评价车辆的制动性能是一种更科学、可靠的测试方法。该文从结构和原理上进行了阐述,作为一种新的制动力测试发展方向,其应用将为汽车性能试验及动态测试奠定基础。

【Abstract】 The traditional testing method for braking force have lots of shortages which may affect the stability and reliability of the results more or less.Factors that influence the results were obtained by analyzing advantages and disadvantages of several common used braking force test methods in order to evaluate the brake performance accurately,In this paper,a more scientific and reliable test method by measuring the torque at the wheels directly was put forward and the structure and principles were elaborated.As a new method,its application will lay the foundation on motor performance test and dynamic testing.
