微小齿轮整体误差精密测量新技术

【摘要】 提出一种差动式啮合滚动点扫描微小齿轮测量新技术。即在测量时采用双向传动测量方式,同时被测微小齿轮和精密测量元件仍然必须保持单面啮合滚动,但是允许被测微小齿轮的圆周位置值可以相对于轴系圆光栅的圆周位置值有差值地变动。检测出该相对角位移差值(即"差动测量"),经数据处理后,得到微小齿轮的整体误差,最终实现批量微小齿轮单项几何精度和综合传动精度的测量。

【Abstract】 A new gear measuring technique called "Differential Single Flank Point Roll-Scanning"was proposed. During the measurement,the target fine-pitch gear and master gear are driven synchronously by two NC motors respectively,but are kept rolling with single-flank contacted. A differential variation of the circumference location between the measured gear and the angular encoder fixed co -axially is allowed. By measuring the differential variation,the gear integrated errors of fine-pitch gear can be obtained. Using gear integrated errors,elementary geometrical errors and composite transmission errors of the fine-pitch gears can be measured in batch.
