【摘要】 目的观察气血双补法联合化疗对结直肠癌术后复发、转移预防结直肠癌术后复发及转移的作用。方法治疗组30例,化疗联合气血双补法治疗,对照组30例单纯化疗,两组病例化疗。方案均为FOLFOX4:L-OHP85mg/m2,静脉滴注4h,第1d;CF200mg/m2静脉滴注2h,第1、2d,5-Fu400mg/m2静脉推注,第1、2d;600mg/m2,静脉泵注22h/d,第1、2d,2周为1个疗程,观察两组病例的无病生存率。结果治疗后6、12及24个月无病生存率(DFS)治疗组分别为90.0%(27/30)、86.7%(26/30)、66.7%(20/30),对照组分别为90.0%(27/30)、83.3%(25/30)、50.0%(15/30)。结论气血双补法联合化疗在降低结直肠癌术后的复发及转移方面有一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Qi and Xue dual-supply therapy with chemotherapy to prevent the recurrence and metastasis from colorectal cancer.Methods 30 patients with colorectal cancer were selected to receive both Qi and Xue dual supply therapy and chemotherapy as treatment group,Another 30 colorectal cancer patients received the same chemotherapy without Qi and Xue dual-supply therapy as control group.The chemotherapy regimen in the two groups was FOLFOX4:L-OHP 85 mg/m2 intravenous infusion in 4 hours,the first day;CF200 mg/m2 intravenous infusion in 2 hours,the first 1,2 days;5-Fu 400 mg/m2 intravenous injection,the first 1,2 days;600 mg/m2 intravenous infusion in 22 hours the first 1,2 days;All chemotherapeutic agents were repeated every 2 weeks as a cycle of treatment.Disease-free survival(DFS) of patients was measured.Results 6 months,12 months and 24 months DFS rate in the treatment group were 90.0%(27 /30),86.7%(26 /30),66.7%(20 /30).In the control group were 90.0%(27 /30),and were 90.0%(27 /30),83.3%(25 /30),50.0%(15 /30) in the control group.Conclusion Qi and Xue dual-added therapy with chemotherapy can reduce the carcinoma recurrence and metastasis in colorectal cancer patients after operation.更多还原
