【摘要】 目的探讨HIF-1α、CAIX表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系及两者相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测84例胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织中HIF-1α、CAIX的表达,并分析其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系及相互间的关系。结果 84例胃癌组织及癌旁内正常胃组织中CAIX阳性表达率分别为76.2%,26.0%(P<0.05)。有、无淋巴结转移的癌组织中CAIX阳性表达率分别为95.3%、56.1%(P<0.05),浸润至黏膜或黏膜下、肌层或浆膜下、浆膜层癌组织中CAIX阳性表达率分别为41.7%、89.2%、91.3%(P<0.05)。未或低分化、中或高分化癌组织中CAIX阳性表达率分别为88.0%、71.2%(P>0.05)。肿瘤直径≤5cm、>5cm的癌组织中CAIX阳性表达率分别为55.9%、90.0%(P<0.05)。男性和女性患者CAIX阳性表达率分别为71.7%和81.5%(P>0.05),<60岁和≥60岁患者CAIX阳性表达率分别为72.7%和80.0%(P>0.05)。HIF-1α在胃癌组织中阳性表达率为60.7%。结论 CAIX表达与胃癌浸润、淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小有关,并与HIF-1α表达具有明显相关性,两者共同参与胃癌的发生和发展。CAIX可作为判断胃癌患者生物学行为及预后的指标之一,也为临床提供靶向治疗的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the expression of HIF-1αand CAIX in gastric cancer,and its correlation with clinicopathologic features.Methods The expressions of HIF-1αand CAIX in 84 specimens of gastric cancer were detected by SP immunohistochemistry and their correlations with clinicopathologic features were analyzed.Results Of the 84 specimens,the positive rate of CAIX expression was 76.2% and 26.0% in the cancerous and paracacerous tissues (P<0.05).CAIX expression in the tissues from patients with and without lymph node metastasis was 95.3% and 56.1%,respectively (P<0.05).The CAIX expression in the tissue with mucous or submucous,muscular or subserous,and serous involvement was 41.7%,89.2% and 91.3%,respectively (P<0.05).CAIX expression in undifferentiated or poorly differentiated,and moderately or well differentiated was 88.0% and 71.2% (P>0.05).The CAIX expression was 90.0% in the tissues from those with tumor >5 cm and was 55.9% from the patients with tumor ≤5 cm (P<0.05).The expression of CAIX was 71.7% in male patients and 81.5% in female patients (P>0.05).The CAIX expression in <60 years was 72.7% and 80.0% in ≥60 years(P>0.05).The positive expression of HIF-1αwas 60.7%.Conclusion The expression of HIF-1α is correlated to lymph node metastasis and the depth of invasion and HIF-1α overexpression is associated with increasing CAIX expression,confirming CAIX as one of the proposed mechanisms by which HIF-1α activation stimulates tumor growth.Therefore,CAIX could serve as a parameter for evaluating malignancy and prediction of prognosis of gastric cancer and CAIX may be a direction of clinical therapy.更多还原
