【摘要】 目的:探讨VEGFR-3和VEGF-C在乳腺癌中的表达,及与肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测75例乳腺癌中的VEGFR-3和VEGF-C的表达。结果:75例乳腺癌组织中VEGFR-3和VEGF-C阳性表达率分别为52.0%(39/75)、74.7%(56/75);乳腺癌组织中VEGFR-3和VEGF-C阳性表达率在有、无淋巴结转移组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGFR-3和VEGF-C在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率与临床分期呈正相关;微淋巴管计数在VEGFR-3表达阳性组和阴性组之间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:VEGFR-3和VEGF-C在乳腺癌中的表达与肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移的关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGFR - 3 and VEGF - C in breast cancer and explore their correlation to different clinical TNM stages and lymphatic metastasis.Methods:The expression of VEGFR - 3 and VEGF - C in 72 cases of breast cancer was detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rates of VEGFR - 3 and VEGF - C in 75 samples of breast cancer were 52.0%and 74.7%respectively;The positive expression rates of VEGFR - 3 and VEGF - C in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The expression of VEGFR -3 and VEGF - C in breast cancer were positively correlated with clinical TNM stages;There was significantly difference between the VEGFR - 3 - positive group and VEGFR - C - negative group in the counts of lymph vessels(P<0.01).Conclusion:Expressions of VEGFR - 3 and VEGF - C in breast cancer have close relations with lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM stages.更多还原
